Service Availability
CruzeTVX strives to provide uninterrupted access to its streaming services. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may experience temporary downtime due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.
Termination
CruzeTVX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to unauthorized redistribution of content, fraudulent payment activity, or abuse of the platform. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked immediately.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CruzeTVX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the preceding 12 months.
