By accessing or using CruzeTVX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Service Description
CruzeTVX is an IPTV streaming platform that provides access to:
- Over 3,000 live TV channels including Indian, Pakistani, Nepali, and Sri Lankan networks
- An extensive library of Bollywood and international movies and series
- Live radio stations from around the world (launching soon)
- On-demand content updated regularly
Account Registration & Security
To use CruzeTVX, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscription & Payments
CruzeTVX offers various subscription plans with different pricing tiers. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Every plan is a single up-front payment covering the whole term you choose. There is no billing cycle and no recurring charge.
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Nothing is charged when a term ends, and we do not store a payment method to charge again. To continue past the end of your term, you renew by contacting us.
- Your access runs until the end of the term you paid for, including any bonus months, and then stops unless you renew.
- CruzeTVX may change the price of any plan, and may close, extend or alter any promotional offer, at any time and without prior notice. A change never affects a subscription term already paid for.
- Prices are in Australian dollars and charged in Australian dollars. Any amount shown in another currency is indicative only.
Acceptable Use
When using CruzeTVX, you agree not to:
- Redistribute, rebroadcast, or share content from the platform with unauthorized parties
- Use VPNs or other tools to bypass content geographic restrictions
- Use the service for anything other than personal, non-commercial viewing
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform or its applications
- Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple simultaneous logins beyond your plan limits
Intellectual Property
All content available on CruzeTVX, including but not limited to live TV channels, movies, series, and radio streams, is the property of their respective owners and content providers. CruzeTVX does not claim ownership of third-party content. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
Service Availability
CruzeTVX strives to provide uninterrupted access to its streaming services. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may experience temporary downtime due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.
Termination
CruzeTVX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to unauthorized redistribution of content, fraudulent payment activity, or abuse of the platform. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked immediately.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CruzeTVX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the preceding 12 months.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of CruzeTVX shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction where CruzeTVX operates.
