How much does it cost to become a CruzeTVX distributor?+
There is no application fee. You only pay for the subscription credits you purchase, and distributor pricing is well below the public retail price of A$189.99 per year (~US$120.64). Exact rates depend on your starting volume and are shared once your application is approved.
Do I need previous IPTV experience?+
No. Many of our partners are retail shops, grocery stores and community sellers who started with no IPTV background. We provide onboarding, a marketing kit and support to help you get your first customers.
Which countries can I sell in?+
CruzeTVX can be sold worldwide. Our strongest demand is in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe and the Gulf, where South Asian communities are large — but there is no territory restriction.
How fast can I start after applying?+
Most approved partners are set up within 1–2 business days of applying. Once your panel is activated and credits are loaded, you can create customer subscriptions immediately.
Can I sell under my own brand?+
Yes. Every partner sets their own pricing and owns their customer relationships. If you want to go further and run the service under your own name, our White-Label tier puts your brand, logo and storefront on the platform while we handle the streaming, content and updates behind it.
What exactly does white-label include?+
Fully custom Android, Android TV and Fire TV Stick apps, built and released under your own brand — your app name, icon, artwork and storefront — plus your own customer base and pricing. CruzeTVX runs the streaming infrastructure, content and ongoing platform updates behind them, so you never touch servers or channel management. iPhone, iPad and Smart TV customers stream through the standard CruzeTVX app. The White-Label tier requires a minimum of 1000 active subscriptions, and adds a short build phase to onboarding — exact scope and timelines are agreed case by case.
