Refund Eligibility
CruzeTVX offers a refund to new subscribers within 7 days of their initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with our service during this period, you may request a full refund. This eligibility applies only to first-time subscriptions.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team through the Contact Page. Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The subscription has been active for more than 7 days
- The account has been used to make repeated refund requests
- The account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
- Renewal charges for existing subscribers who did not cancel before the billing date
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your CruzeTVX subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation. To cancel, visit your account settings or contact our support team.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
